  • Sellers acknowledge that selling game characters may violate the terms of service of the games from which the characters originate. We take no responsibility for any consequences that may arise from such violations.

7. Buyer Obligations

  • Buyers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of Seller listings before initiating contact or agreeing to purchase.
  • Buyers acknowledge the risks associated with purchasing game characters, including the possibility that such purchases may violate the terms of service of the games from which the characters originate.
  • Buyers agree to communicate respectfully with Sellers and to honor any agreements made outside our Platform.

8. Prohibited Items

The following types of Game Characters or accounts may not be listed on our Platform:

  • Characters or accounts obtained through hacking, cheating, or other unauthorized means
  • Characters or accounts containing items obtained illegally
  • Characters or accounts from games that explicitly prohibit such transfers in their terms of service (where the game developer actively enforces such prohibitions)
  • Any listings that promote illegal activities

9. Fees

  • We may charge fees for certain features or services on the Platform. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of payment.
